The treatment (hot hollywood wax, where hot wax only is used instead of wax&strips) was perfect, very thorough, and didnt leave my skin (usually very sensitive)red or sore in any way. The therapist was lovely and used plastic gloves. Only thing, which seems to have occurred to other waxers in London, is the confusion between hollywood and brazilian wax; I always thought (and asked for) brazilian waxing as a complete, front and back wax that left only some hair at the very top. Here I was told that's hollywood waxing, and got charged extra accordingly.
Keep that in mind when booking your wax treatment! Other than that, I loved it and think to go back.
