I went there to have highlights for the first time I showed her a photo of a girl with blonde highlights she said wouldn't suit me and then showed me a pallete with hair colors I picked a dark blonde/ashy, she said we could go for a honey tone instead of yellow blonde , but seems the color they applied after is a totally different tone, I don't really liked the color, she said that I couldn't see really well because of the light in the place but it's quite orange/ginger specially underneath , she said the color could develop after one or two washes but I think it will be just more orange that already is. Just not what I was expecting, didn't give me any advices how to take care of my hair after the process or how long until I could do it again, I just think if u are with a first time client u should make sure conquer that client so they could come back.
