The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making service a genuine pleasure rather than a chore. The massage was very relaxing and the therapist Ira was attentive to my requests (injured shoulder due to sports which had flared up).
The haircut was quick and again the hairdresser listened to my requests and gave her feedback as to what would look good. I actually didn't read the colour treatment so was pleasantly surprised, for the price it's pretty unbeatable! Was very happy with the treatment even if it added an extra 45mins - 1 hour to my total appointment. Great place, will definitely be going back!

very nice place, and Mona was excellent. Did a fantastic job on my hair. Very pleased.
Hair Colouring
The waxer was really friendly and did a good job. Only criticism would be that when the door opens to the waxing room you feel slightly exposed as it opens into the reception area. Other than that I liked it and would go back again
Brazilian Waxing
Staff were running about 30 mins late but, when the time came my haircut and facial were excellent.
