Hair Colouring
Haircut and blow dry was OK, but experience was missing all the nice touch's you'd expect when paying this much for a hair cut. No one offered to take my coat or offered me a drink. I wasn't asked how I'd like my hair blow dried and it just felt a little rushed, like I was on a conveyor belt. When it came to pay I was also asked to pay more due to the length of my hair, even though I had specifically checked this when booking. They honoured the original price, but it was not the relaxing treat I was looking for.

I was very impressed with the salon, the staff and the treatments.
The salon is in a convenient location (close to the tube), easy to find, nice ambience, and very clean.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Wahida and Nasima were very kind and created a comfortable environment.
The treatments were of very good quality. The deep cleansing facial was exactly what I was hoping for. Wahida was very knowledgeable and gentle during the extractions. Nasima was very patient during my pedicure. She did an excellent job and was lovely to chat with.
