Irina did my nails and I was really happy with them, she did a great job. Overall, the experience was good although I would have appreciated a bit more communication from the staff - they did not communicate with each other and were therefore confused about who had/hadn't spoken to me when I arrived, so the process was a bit clumsy.

The place is great and through previous experience I keep going back however this time I have several cuticle cuts which keeps hurting when I wash my hands, etc. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail but would like to walk away with less injuries
