Not great! The mani and pedi took far too long, well over the stated time and I had to rush with my nails not fully dry so they smudged as expected and I wasn't very happy! Also the therapist drew blood several times when trimming my cuticles and kept apologising though she couldn't really speak much English and I felt quite sorry for her but have to give a fair and honest review so would say make sure you keep an eye on the time.

Great massage, but ambience wasn't great. I guess you can't change the location! You could hear traffic, people in corridors and footsteps from upstairs. Staff wete very considerate though and massage itself good.

Happy with facial - very nice ambience. Although it was very strange the lady was using her hands for the extraction and not the tools.
