All my previous visit were 5 star, this time I booked my appointment for the afternoon. The day of the treatment I received message that my wax was moved to 12.30 am. I choose the best time for me during booking so I don't understand why it happened, After my call, appointment was moved back to the original time. However, when I got there I had to wait about 25 minutes as the therapist I had wax with was doing nails of another customer while two other ladies from the salon were chatting in the other room.

Local salon, nice interior and friendly staff. Straight forward experience - quick haircut. Would have appreciated more customer service and care in the haircut instead of feeling like just another client.
