The staff were so nice that I wanted to leave a good rating but honestly I felt the facial was of a poor standard. It wasn't that they hurt my face, which would have been far worse, but the technician was quite inexperienced. Though kind, she didn't seem to have the professional skills of a knowledgeable beauticians I've seen before. So it was relaxing but was really a mask and face massage (best bit). But poor extraction and I left with mascara smudged around my eyes - isn't the key thing to remove all make up from the face at the start?
