My therapist had no idea what she was doing. Firstly she didn't leave the soak-on remover on long enough so she was basically scraping my nails off. Secondly she didn't take into account the structure of my nails and cut them too short (but acceptable) but THEN she filed them down far too much into the nail bed and broke the skin on two of my toes. And the paint job was uneven and not neat at the cuticles. Needless to say, I'm not going back, and I just hope I don't get an infection.
Very good manicure, as a result. But the lady (won't say the name, coz the last is actually a very good professional and a pleasant person) who was doing it didn't take care to clean her own nails (there was quite a bit of dirty looking stuff underneath the nails), which was a little unpleasant to be touched by. Otherwise, a very good quality salon (not my first time and I'm always very satisfied and never experienced any discomfort before). I guess it was just one off as the lady was clearly madly busy with a fully packed with clients day and didn't want to keep me waiting. But to be honest, I wouldn't have minded to wait another minute or two whilst she takes time to clean her nails quickly. These little things do matter.
