The staff were so nice that I wanted to leave a good rating but honestly I felt the facial was of a poor standard. It wasn't that they hurt my face, which would have been far worse, but the technician was quite inexperienced. Though kind, she didn't seem to have the professional skills of a knowledgeable beauticians I've seen before. So it was relaxing but was really a mask and face massage (best bit). But poor extraction and I left with mascara smudged around my eyes - isn't the key thing to remove all make up from the face at the start?

Loved my HD brows- the shape is amazing and there is no residual dye stains left on the face- which is great! My appointment was slightly late but I wasn't in a hurry and the therapist kindly gave me a free sample to help with a skin problem so not bothered at all. Would definitely go back as the brows are awesome!

It wasn't worth the money. The back massage was a waste of time because it was just a lot of oil poured over my back and rubbed in different directions for 30 minutes. It wasn't actually a massage and I am certain the facialist who did it doesn't have training in massage. The facial was done by the same person. It was okay but overall I feel I wasted £40 and should have just opted for the facial alone for £27. It wasn't a good experience overall unfortunately. £40 is a lot of money to feel wasted.
