It was really difficult to relax as the music system was not working in the room and the people at reception/waiting area were having a loud conversation throughout the whole treatment. The massage was good overall.

They were very accommodating and the lady who gave the massage did a really great job - she was attentive and asked about the pressure several times which was great.
