Not quite a Swedish massage but more like its a relaxing massage. As people have said, booked for 60 minutes but only received 45 minutes of treatment. Probably won't return.
The wax I had this afternoon was terrible - the beauty therapist didn't seem to know what she was doing which was quite frustrating - she kept trying to rip off the hot wax before it had dried which was very painful and disjointed and didn't work as it should have done - this happened over and over again, I explained that the wax wasn't dry (it was taking longer than usual to dry perhaps slightly warmer room) but she kept ripping before it was ready - then complained that I was sensitive and that was why it hurt. She finished everything off with strip wax after a while which wasn't great - and said that my hair was too long/had left it too long but it was the normal time I leave and have had Hollywood waxes for years. She used tweezers at the end which I asked if she wouldn't as I was in pain and felt quite uncomfortable at that stage (I never feel uncomfortable about this kind of thing) but then let her tweeze a couple of stray hairs - she then pinched my skin and I told her to stop and she said my skin was sensitive from the hot wax. She was 15 minutes late seeing me in the first place, which I didn't mind too much but I felt quite cross when she finished - she kept advising me to get laser treatment and tried to make the bad experience my fault rather than hers. I'd been to glamour salon once before and a different woman was great. I told the woman today it wasn't great, rather than apologising she said my skin was too sensitive.
