Horrible experience. Left with cuts to my toes from the cuticle removal and then they rubbed nail polish remover on the open wound. The removal of dead skin on one foot was completely forgotten about. The place was overbooked so had someone very inexperienced work on me. My appointment took nearly 2 and half hours to finish! Spoke to the manager who wasn't keen to deal with it and said cuts happen!
