I had a pedicure appointment and unfortunately, she drew blood whilst trimming my cuticle. I know accidents can happen but I was not offered any antiseptic. Despite my complaint of the nail polish stinging my cut skin, she just continued to paint, ignored my complaint with no apology. It's been a few days since the incident and now my toe is swollen, possibly with an infection - not very happy :(

I had a gel nail appointment and the practitioner was patient, took her time and did 3 coats of paint because the colour I chose is rather translucent.

Had a great shellac manicure at Glamour Beauty. The manicurist was lovely and did an excellent job. The place looks a bit unpromising from the street, but inside it's really lovely.
