I've never had a more rushed and painful experience. The treatment is booked for 90 minutes for full leg and Hollywood wax yet I was out of there before half hour. For such an intimate treatment I was treated like cattle.

Disappointing experience. The beautician didn't speak English (!) which is very worrying. I tried to explain to her that I needed a deep cleansing facial but she didn't understand anything. She asked no questions about my skin, which is very sensitive. So when she put on a face mask at the end of the treatment it started stinging my skin badly. But when I told her she said it's "normal". It was only when I mentioned it again that she washed it off. She also put the steam machine very close to my face and then spent a good 5 minutes trying to figure out how to change the angle.
Also, when I had other facials (in salons with similar price points), the treatment rooms were nice and relaxing, with scented candles and low lighting, however here I was lying down under a bright ceiling light.
My skin felt nice afterwards but it is just unacceptable that the staff doesn't speak English and are unable to give skincare advice or even talk you through your facial.
