I wouldn't visit her again, the staff were rude. The facial was very painful with extractions and I was left with a greasy finish and burning sensation.
My advice is to avoid.

This wax was not at all a good value for money. The waxer was extremely rushed and rude/unprofessional (at one point even scolding me for flinching at the pain). I've had many Hollywood waxes, but this one was easily one of the worst and most painful I've ever had. The waxer was not thorough, she rushed through the process and did not remove all my hair. She also left wax residue on me which I struggled to remove. For £30 I expected much better. Definitely will not be returning.
