It's a lovely, clean and relaxing space but the wax I received was a little rough including rewaxing the same area several times which became quite sore and I even came out with a red rash on my armpit due to this. The experience of the wax itself was disappointing in contrast to the calming space.

Had this treatment here before and was happy. this time I ended up with uneven brows l, they were too thin and burns under my eyebrows. was in a rush so didn't realise until got home. had to leave london for a wedding the next day and had to cover up error with make up
