Generally, the whole experience was great. Nasima, who gave me my message, was fantastic and so friendly and really made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.
The only problem was that even though there was nice relaxing music on in the room, I could hear the staff chatting and laughing on reception throughout and broke the atmosphere for me a bit.

I booked this appointment within an hour of going, but the lady was still surprised to see me when I arrived and started a bit late. She did give me the full time, however, but I had to shift a meeting to accommodate it.
The lady was very kind and friendly, and did a decent job although the massage part was not very relaxing and I have had better facials elsewhere in the past. Will return, though more likely for other services I've had which were better.
