The therapist was friendly, but unfortunately I was left with two large bruises. I have had this type of massage before and this had never happened. When I told her that I was feeling the pain, the therapist tried to adjust the pressure, but the damage had already been done. I was a few minutes late so I tried to call to say I was almost there but there was no answer (despite 2-3 people at reception) and the appointment had been marked as a no show. Treatwell customer service then fixed it.
