Generally, the whole experience was great. Nasima, who gave me my message, was fantastic and so friendly and really made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. The only problem was that even though there was nice relaxing music on in the room, I could hear the staff chatting and laughing on reception throughout and broke the atmosphere for me a bit.
