It wasn't super relaxing, but the therapist was kind and tried to do right by my skin. Although my over-riding impression of this salon and treatment is Pain. From the manicure that made me bleed a bit, to my blackheads being well and truly tackled, it seems like the mantra is "no pain, no gain!"

I was greeted warmly, got a coffee, and liked that the seat gave you a massage. The manicure turned out beautifully, so shiny and hard, and kept for a good couple of weeks. The only thing I would say is that it was rather painful, which I'd never had before and made it difficult to relax: my cuticles were well and truly tackled, which is a good/bad thing depending on what you want from an experience :)

One of the best eyebrow wax experiences I’ve ever had! Really careful, wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, not too much redness and very clean. Will definitely come again.
