Bought a Groupon voucher to use here. When I got to the salon I was asked if I had been there before (I have a few years ago). I only realised as I got to the salon that I had been there before. I was asked on arrival if I have been to the salon before which I just assumed was normal procedure. After my treatment was complete (which was perfect by the way), I was told I need to pay, I informed the lady at the till that I had a Groupon voucher to which she told me I still needed to pay because it was not my first time visiting (I'm aware of the fact that I should have read the t&c's prior to purchasing and going for my treatment and hold my hand up to my mistake there). I have no issue with the fact that I needed to pay. What I find despicable and disgusting is not disclosing why she asked if I was a first-time visitor and the attitude she had when telling me this. I would have gladly re-booked this soon but unfortunately, the attitude of the staff leaves too much to be desired and I do not like being tricked or deceived in such a manner.
