Honestly one of the best wax’s I’ve ever had. She took her time and obviously cared to get it right. Only downfall was that I had to wait a long time past my booking time to go in. Will go again

The lady who removed my eyelash extensions seemed quite friendly though the procedure was really unpleasant, she was not understanding at all and at some point even accidentally got a little bit of the glue remover in my eye which hurt like crazy. After she was done she told me to rub my eyes with a wet cotton pad which obviously just let to more pain and burn in my already irritated eyes. After I refused to do it she proceeded to rub my eyes and was not very gentle.
She was pretty rude to me during the treatment and I almost felt scared some serious damage was going to happen to my eyelids. The lady then showed me the extensions on a piece of paper and it looked like she ripped a lot of my own eyelashes out while removing the extensions.
She just said they weren't properly done and it wasn't her fault.
My advice to you is: Don't even get eyelash extensions so you avoid all this pain and trouble in the first place. Or wait until they come out by themselves.
Sorry, but I can't recommend this experience.
