When you see the venue from the street it doesn't look very impressive but inside it is lovely. The staff are great and the treatment, especially the massage, was excellent. Very relaxing.

Appointment didn't quite start on time but the place is clean and welcoming and the staff were kind and apologetic about the delay. The massage itself was fantastic. Irina is very professional and listens to her client's requests and needs. All the clients receiving treatment and services on the day I was there were complimentary and glowing in their thanks. Clearly very good customer satisfaction!
