Facial was good although I didn't like the blackhead extraction - uncomfortable/slightly painful. I'm wondering if there is a better way to remove the blackheads... The massage was also really good but I had booked 1 hour 30 mins and unfortunately only received an hour treatment. I would still go back though as the staff are good at what they do - it might be worth confirming how long the treatment you booked is.
