This was my first visit and as a massage therapist myself, I'm quite critical. The only criticism I have is that the therapist didn't introduce herself as I'd like to have know her name ! It was all extremely professional, an excellent back massage with just the right amount of pressure and an even better facial. very through and my face glowed afterwards.

Now, I adore my lovely Nasima! But I wasn’t impressed with the aftermath of my nails. By far unfortunate as, it was specially done for my birthday. I didn’t think I’d have to make last minute alterations myself. My nails were different shapes, so I had to refill them and by the third day (my birthday) my lovely white nails had gone to an awful yellowish tone. You can also see the gel receding on my nails. It looks like I’ve had it on for 3+ weeks, it’s barely been a week. Never had this problem at Glamour before. If I had the time I would of demanded a free fix by the 4th day but I was away. So I had to do a quick fix and use normal polish to paint over the gel. My pedicure was good in regards to cleaning the feet. However, my nails had smudged by the time I got home (bearing in mind they were drying for an hour), so I had to repaint it myself. I’ll definitely be following this up before any further bookings.
