I did not want to write a review as my beautician was lovely and I did not want to harm her personally. It has been almost a month since my facial and I am left with marks and scarring on my face that look like scabs from a cigarette burn. It is really heart breaking coming to a facial wanting to refresh your skin and leaving wounded with bruises. Being a returning customer did not seem to interest the manager who was cold and uninterested. I kept calling and chasing the salon, trying to find a solution, being patient, but I am left with big marks on my face. So disappointed, will never return.
