The therapist, Natasha, was lovely. I had a slight reaction to the dye and was worried, however she helped calm me down and stayed with me whilst it I waited. In the end my reaction went away. She called me soon after I left to check I was okay. Not sure if it was a reaction to the dye or it went in my eyes. I might not get the tint done there again if it was a reaction, however I would get other treatments because the therapists are lovely.

The place from the outside initially is hard to spot but inside it is clean and well laid out yet very dark being underground. The overall finish of my nails was good and have already lasted two weeks looking brand new however the person doing my manicure did not make very much conversation during the process. I was there for at least half an hour so this would have made the atmosphere more comfortable
