Really pleasant experience, brow wax involved lying on a very soft and comfy table, and I was consulted about the shape and thickness of the brows I wanted. Mary was friendly, helpful and the experience was not very painful... rather relaxing, really!

I am disappointed - normally have a really good experience at this salon but I had a different therapist on this occasion and the procedure really hurt - like REALLY hurt, a lot more than usual. She didn’t pull the skin taut which I think was the problem. A one-off as I say so will be returning to the salon but not to the same therapist!
