Always good - was made to feel a little bit awkward because I was 5 minutes late and was told I couldn't have the whole treatment - ended up having time to do the whole treatment but felt uncomfortable and i think it affected the service

Therapist was kind and wonderful and answered all my questions. This isn’t the most comfortable facial I’ve ever had but that’s not the point! It has marked and bruised my face, but it’s part of the process I’m excited to see the results when all healed, get this facial when you can just chill the weekend with no make up and enjoy.
