I haven't had a facial in ages so might just be being a baby but the extraction hurt - especially the nose! I didn't have any zits but it was more the pressure - maybe just required for such a task.
The rest was relaxing - loved the massage part and the lady who did the treatment was excellent.
Room was clean and comfortable and had that professional feel. Would go back.
