Wonderful service, amazing value for money, and great treatments. I had an express facial and my face was GLOWING afterwards, I will be booking a full hour facial in the New Year. The massage was lovely, as was the brow and lash tinting.

The appointment got to a terrible start when I slipped and had a very hard fall on the stairs going down. It had been raining that day, and the stairs were wet and slippery. The staff were nice and chatty, however the shellac manicure and pedicure was majorly below par. I tried to overlook how how messy it was, with nail polish all over the sides of my nail bed. The next day the nails started to chip. Incredibly disappointed.
