When I arrived, the people working in the store did not seem too bothered that I was waiting there to be served. When they did eventually acknowledge me they asked me to fill in a form and went back to what they were doing.Once I had finished the form I then had to wait a few minutes to be seen. All of which meant it was now beyond the time the treatment was supposed to start. The massage itself ignored the instructions on the form and didn’t take into consideration the time wasted at the start.
