The appointment got to a terrible start when I slipped and had a very hard fall on the stairs going down. It had been raining that day, and the stairs were wet and slippery. The staff were nice and chatty, however the shellac manicure and pedicure was majorly below par. I tried to overlook how how messy it was, with nail polish all over the sides of my nail bed. The next day the nails started to chip. Incredibly disappointed.

Adriana was absolutely wonderful. I am always trying to find beauticians who spend sufficient time and care on waxes. So often they miss areas and don’t take the time to get ingrown hairs etc. But adriana spent so much time being really thorough. I will be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
