Probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. The therapist had no technique at all and kept using her knuckles to massage me hurting me and not relaxing me at all. I literally got bruises.
The room had bright neon lights which I have never seen in a massage room.
Very not relaxing.

In the past, I was offered a discount if I booked directly with the therapist, however on this visit the therapist didn't honor that and charged me the new higher price which has increased by £20.
The service was very good as usual and if I can afford it I will go back. Just disappointed that the discounted offer wasn't honoured.
