Was left with deep and noticeable bruising from the deep tissue massage despite asking five times for her to ease up on the pressure and flinching in pain. Apparently that’s what a deep tissue is meant to feel like though I’ve never experienced one so painful despite having numerous ones in the past. I was never asked what pressure I like or if there was areas of concern. Have tried to chase for my money back but the email bounces back as the address is not in use.
