My therapist was lovely but the massage wasn't as great as I had expected she didn't ask me if I wanted more pressure applied or anything it was too soft. She didn't ask me where I wanted more focus on and I expected her to ask me because I have been to so many massages who all ask the same thing. She spent more time wasting faffing around I couldn't see as I had a wrap over my eyes but she could have been more prepared. Overall massage could have been better. The facial was better and definitely made my skin feel better. But I wouldn't recommend either again.

Great salon, much bigger than it looks, got exactly what I needed, a wash and a cut, and then straight out the door. Quick and efficient, if I wasn't leaving my job in Uxbridge I'd definitely be back!
