Anu was fantastic. It was my first time at the clinic. She was welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional. Anu is so gentle with the treading and spot on with tinting. I left feeling super happy and I love love love my brows every day since. I won't go anywhere else now and will happily travel the hour to london for an appointment. Highly recommend.
