Anu is amazing! Such a nice lady and clearly the boss when it comes to brows/ eyelashes! Mine look and feel great! The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars was there was a tiny weeny lack of symmetry that I only noticed when I got home and I have no doubt she would have fixed it if I had noticed at the time!
