Dorothy was a delight. She was waiting for me at the door and let me in straight away, a welcome gesture as it was freezing outside.
She was extremely thoroughly with the treatments and I felt absolutely no pain or even the slightest discomfort.
Dorothy is very personable and I felt very comfortable getting the treatments done and chatting away during them.
