Had a hollywood wax done at Beautiquette and was very pleased with the treatment. Dorothy - who I believe is the owner of the place - was a sweetheart and made me feel very comfortable. Top service. Very happy with what I got and will definitely go back for more waxing and to try out the shellac nails they offer there too.
I had the Kebello hair smoothing treatment and colour. Dorothy, the salon owner, was really lovely. She explained the process to me and made sure that she got the exact hair colour I asked for. She also gave me some helpful tips on styling my hair at home. I left the salon feeling great and have had lots of compliments on my hair. Thanks!

The owner/Beautician is currently undergoing some refurbishments to the salon, hence the 3 for Ambience, as there was a contractor coming in for various queries. However the salon was clean and well presented otherwise. The Beautician was very warm and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable, and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about her trade, which again was a comfort, especially considering this was my first time getting this kind of treatment. I expressed my pleasure to her and congratulations on making herself available for bookings online, as this seems to be a very unique factor amongst the other salons in the area.
The treatment was very nice, and I felt pampered throughout it all, she was very gentle and explained the process/stages as we went through. The nails lasted the weekend away, but i think the weekend's shenanigans and traveling via plane and train with a heavy suitcase took its toll on my main (right) hand, and i've managed to chip the edges on my thumb and forefinger.
All in all, I was happy with the level of expertise of the beautician and quality of service received, and will definitely be back for my next one.
