Nice visit, was seen straight away. Quick technique, not too painful. The wax used is without strips, less painful but causes me faster/more regrowth. Would definitely revisit.

Overall a good experience and nice result.
However, the lady did not speak much to me, for example explaining what she is about to do on my brows/lashes. Having your eyes closed, you can't always anticipate what's going to happen, so a bit more communication would have been appreciated. Other than that, I can't complain.
