The venue for the treatment was clean and I was seen on time. The price for the treatment was also good. However, the service of the wax was not great. There was no bedside manner and very little was done to minimise the pain of the wax (e.g. applying pressure to the area). Even though the woman could see I was in discomfort there was no acknowledgement of it and she continued anyway. It was really unfortunate that the woman was unfriendly and generally unbothered. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I would have rated my experience higher if she made more of an effort to ensure I was comfortable. Lastly, there was no advice given after the treatment about aftercare; for example avoiding particular soaps or activities etc. like you’re advised at other beauty salons.
