There was no assessment of what I was wanting apart to confirm I was there for a tint and wax of eyebrows.
I was not asked what shape I would prefer my brows to be, I was surprised that the consultant went straight in with the wax without testing temperature and only when she had finished with one brow was I asked if that was okay. What would have happened if I had not been happy?
No major incidents but I am not keen to return

I have always highly rated Glam waxing. It’s still a great salon, but I have to say my most recent wax was a bit disappointing. Both the eyebrow and bikini wax were quite messily done and it didn’t feel as professional as usual. Still a good wax, but not quite up to the brilliant standard as usual!
