There was no assessment of what I was wanting apart to confirm I was there for a tint and wax of eyebrows. I was not asked what shape I would prefer my brows to be, I was surprised that the consultant went straight in with the wax without testing temperature and only when she had finished with one brow was I asked if that was okay. What would have happened if I had not been happy? No major incidents but I am not keen to return
