From the moment I walked in I felt as if I was intruding on the colleagues' chatting time and did not feel welcomed. Despite making clear it was my first time there was no effort to put me at ease which led to a tense experience which was very painful. No empathy or advice from the beautician and she seemed fed up and annoyed. Curt and at times rude. Would not recommend.
