Laura was so friendly, informative and professional. I was spoken through parts of the treatment that I was unfamiliar with and she took great care to talk me through the aftercare. I have a low pain threshold but this was probably my best waxing experience yet!

This was my first time going there and I booked last minute since my other waxer cancelled. I was late to my appointment, despite that Laura didn’t make a fuss. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! The process was incredibly quick and she does her job so well and with so much prescision and professionalism! Absolutely love Laura, definitely going back next month!
