The venue was clean and quiet, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was of excellent quality and done in the timeline provided in advance when booking, so very efficient. The professional - Catalina - was extremely nice, friendly and knew how to do her job well. It was also the first venue where you could watch Netflix to relax andi found this to be a great addition. The service was great and I'm very grateful to have found it. I'll definitely make this a regular. Thank you.

Laura was so friendly, informative and professional. I was spoken through parts of the treatment that I was unfamiliar with and she took great care to talk me through the aftercare. I have a low pain threshold but this was probably my best waxing experience yet!
