Friendly and swift service. Cleanliness of the venue and tools used could be improved. Dust on tools and nail polish bottles. Nail files looked used and dusty.

I had a shellac removal from here which was fine. My nails were also filed but I noticed afterwards that they weren't uniform and could have been tidier.
