Friendly service, however Glam Nails & Beauty shellac removal wasn't good as they usually are. The rectangular buff brush used was very rough cutting the skin around my nail. My nails were shaped square rather than round (I had requested round) and when they were filed it was very aggressively done, in both directions, not smooth and my nails splintered and chipped that evening.
